Product Quality Engineer

My client is an international company from NRW near Bonn. It´s a leading medical device company who is looking for a very technical Product Quality Engineer to improve their production department.


Job Qualification

•Several years experience in QA in contract manufacturing PCBA or other relative industries
•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science or equivalent
•Must possess the urge to strive for excellence
•Good Oral / Written and interpersonal communication skills is required
•Good computer skills in MS office
•If required you are able to work on odd hours


Job Description

•Product quality: DMR to final review of DHR
•DHR Records: supplier and production feedback on product quality
•Engineering/ Quality management: Suppliers and Production (FQA, OBA and IPQA Audits)
•Coordinate and review FMEA
•SFDC
•ECO management and tracking by released sub-system
•Statistical Process Control (SPC)
•Generate quality reports
•Takes responsibility for assigned goals, objectives, setbacks and successes
•Feedback for expressions of ideas, issues and problems to superior
•Key process steps, IQA, In-Process, Final Acceptance
